What’s included in free support

For free users of the plugin we provide a basic level of support for GamiPress which is provided via the wordpress.org forum and includes the following:

  • Answering questions about GamiPress features and functions
  • Responsing to any bugs you may have found in GamiPress

What’s not included in free support

Due to time and resource constraints we are only able to provide a basic level of support for free users. The means we will NOT provide any of the following for free users:

  • Logging into your site to investigate or fix any issues you have with your site
  • Customization services or any other custom work
  • WordPress general support/howto’s (please, use wordpress.org forums for that)
  • Themes modifications and customizations
  • Third-party plugins integrations
  • Server diagnostics, maintenance or any other server related service
  • Any other things that are not related to our products directly

Support for users who purchase an add-on(s) license(s) or a pass license

Customers who purchase an add-on(s) license(s) or a pass license (All Access Pass, Professional Pass or Personal Pass) will be given support for the add-on(s) via email.

The support that is provided for an add-on is only given to questions that are directly related to the add-on. Whilst we respond to add-on questions before questions from free users, purchasing an add-on license does not entitle the customer to a higher level of support. Support for paid add-ons is subject to the same conditions for free users (e.g no support at weekend, no custom work etc).

Support for users who purchase an asset(s) license(s) or a pass license

Add-ons can contain bugs that can be reported and fixed but assets are suggested to change by following different design patterns or directives.

Assets can be completely previewed before the purchase through the images displayed on the “Screenshots" section where you are able to see all unique designs contained (with a water mark to avoid subtractions) and the different color palletes included. In addition, you will find a table with all details (like formats and image sizes) on the asset’s page.

The addition of new images, new color palettes or the modification of an image are considered customizations, for that, there is no way to provide support of an asset itself.

Customizations

We provide GamiPress and it’s add-ons as is. We don’t provide any customization services for our products and we don’t provide support for any 3rd Party customizations of our products. If you need customization services check our customizations page.

For assets, the addition of new images, new color palettes and images variations are considered customizations and are not offered as part of the support.

Code snippets from our Customize section are offered as examples of customization but there is no support offered for them and they aren’t included as part of support provided on an add-on(s) license(s) or a pass license.

6. AUTOMATIC UPDATES

Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key. Automatic updates are available for digital goods offered in this site.

Automatic updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.

7. WARRANTY

Software sold and distributed by the provider are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Inasmuch as WordPress functions correctly on a clean install of itself, our software is guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress for our software. Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind.

We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using our software. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.

8. SOFTWARE DELIVERY

After process your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your license key is available in your account area along with the downloads link of the software. You can download the software by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the software and clicking on the appropriate link.

Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through this page to request your purchase information.

Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.

9. PRICE CHANGES

The provider reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade any service subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

10. REFUNDS POLICY

We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:

  • You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the plugin.
  • Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the software properly or get the software to perform its basic functions.
  • You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
  • You agree to deactivate and uninstall our licensed software from your site if a refund is granted.

We cannot grant refunds under the following conditions (including if you are within the first 14 days of the purchase):

  • No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
  • No refunds are allowed for assets, All Access Pass, Professional Pass and Personal Pass (included the 3 years and 5 years options).
  • Issues caused by 3rd party software will not provide grounds for a refund.
  • We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 1 month prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
  • We cannot grant refunds if you have already received support about our product(s) in anyway since you have consumed our support services that are not posible to return back.

By purchasing our product(s), you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgement or legal actions.

Assets Refunds

For our protection, no refunds are allowed for assets.

Pass Refunds

For our protection and to prevent any kind of fraud, no refunds are allowed for All Access Pass, Professional Pass and Personal Pass (included the 3 years and 5 years options).

Instead, you may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. After that you will not receive updates or support once a pass license (All Access Pass, Professional Pass or Personal Pass) key expires.

11. EMAIL

The MANAGER may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from this website. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to our software updates, promotions and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.

12. TERMS OF SRVICE UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this terms at any time. We recommend you review this page frequently. If we make material changes to this terms, we may notify you on our website, by a blog post, by email, or by any method we determine. The method we chose is at our sole discretion.
